When I interview developers, I consider a wide range of things. I don't really care if the person does not know a specific technology, unless is the main one we need to use, but other than that, I check on attitude, is this person willing to learn, does this person care about quality of the code, does this person knows about clean code principles.

Everything else can come with time, but if there is no good attitude to learn and improve skills, then you can't spect much.
