Hey Junji! thanks for the article, definitely worth it dumping everything somewhere else to let your brain focus on the important things rather to have to remember all those smalls things.

I guess it is about preferences, I'm not familiar with *.org but an alternative could be *.md

Have you though/tried using markdown? it is plain text as well, easy to learn/use, good formatting, and it is compatible with platforms like github/gitlab and many IDEs as well while still readable in txt format if all you have is notepad.
