Exactly Manny!, that is the idea of that rule, as you said most likely that class has way too many responsibilities.

And definitely the rule itself might be misunderstood if there is not much more context, I'm keeping the original rules as they were wrote in the original source.

Hopefully if someone at least tries to follow the rule it should lead to a more simple code with a single responsibility.
